Why is there a hired hand on the horse I just bought?

You have to wait until next game month!! When the horse is sold the hand is automatically fired from his job, but he loves his horse so much, he will stay with it until next game month. You may hire the hand if you choose to or you may let him go. You cannot train, groom or exercise horse until the hired hand is gone.
