1. Be Polite
   1. Do not behave rudely to other players. Mind your manners in all interaction with other players. Examples of prohibited rudeness:
      1. Messaging players about the condition of their horses.
      2. Sending nasty messages to someone who would not sell/lease you a horse.
      3. Pestering another player.
      4. Posting a public black list.
      5. Criticizing the way others play, their horses, or their person.
   2. Punishment for violating this rule may include: Permanent revokation of forum privileges, chat privileges, the ability to send in game messages, ability to post a ranch description, or permanent suspension from the game.
2. Any exchanges/trades involving the purchase of E-R Store items (upgrades, custom imports, breeding licenses, etc.) in exchange for in game items (such as horses, sim cash) must be approved by the E-R Staff -prior- to the exchange. Both players involved must message support before before anything is exchanged in game with the details of the agreement between the two parties. If you do not message support and get the go ahead before you exchange items with someone in game, you are doing so at your own risk and could be scammed by the other player. If you get yourself scammed, you are on your own if you violated this rule. Do not ask us to refund your money, or reimburse you in game for lost items.
3. You may not create new ranches if your ranch(es) have been suspended without express permission from SnowWolfe Games.
4. You may not allow anyone else to log into your account. Ranch sitting for others on their account is prohibited. Horses should be leased out and/or the Ranch Sitter setting should be used.
5. Players may not take advantage of problems with the game code. Bugs/glitches/programming errors should be reported immediately to support. Exploiting (taking advantage of) problems in the game code can/will result in account suspension, or other punishments.
6. Players may not portray themselves as "Rescues," nor may they portray any animal in the game as having been "rescued." This creates hostility in the game, upsets players that may simply have had bad luck or not known how to play well, and points an ugly finger at the prior owner, insinuating that they are bad people. Real rescued animals are animals that have no home available. All E-R animals have a ready and waiting loving home with an HA family here, thus rescue is not a part of this game. It is a game about breeding, training, and competing. Please play it from the aspect it was intended.
   1. Punishment for violation of this rule:
      1. For portraying your ranch as a Rescue Facility, your ranch or player name will be set to Inappropriate name if it includes rescue in the name. Your ranch may be fined if you portray it as a rescue facility. Your ranch description may be revoked if you portray yourself as a rescuer in your ranch description. Your ability to use other game communications may be revoked if you use them to portray yourself as a rescuer.
      2. For portraying an animal as a Rescued Animal, your ability to use whatever means of game communication to portray it as such may be revoked. You may be fined. The horse may be confiscated.
7. The following things are prohibited on Equine-Ranch. (Including in in-game messages, chat, and forums):
   1. Offensive behavior
   2. Rude behavior
   3. Disruptive behavior
   4. Harassment of other players
   5. Discussion of the following topics:
      1. Promoting alcohol consumption
      2. Sex
      3. Promoting drug use
      4. Committing acts of violence (ie. Murder, Threats of actual violence)
      5. Participating in illegal activities
      6. Other chat rooms
      7. Any online game not owned by SnowWolfe Games.
   6. Posting of inappropriate websites
   7. Spamming links to other websites
   8. Profanity - If it is not in the Bible, it is not acceptable.
   9. Impersonating another player, Chat Operator, or Game Administrator

The Administration reserves the right to take action in instances not mentioned specifically here if they feel it goes against the spirit of the game.

Violation of the rules can result in suspension of your accounts, SIM cash fines, public announcement of your rule breaking activity, and permanent banning from accessing the server.
